Returns

Up to 30 days:

  • Any goods returned need to be in original/perfect condition for restock/resale.
  • The items will need to be boxed up securely, including any additional parts/instructions and sent back to us (at your cost). We recommend a signed service as goods are your responsibility until received here.  Please Note: We cannot accept ‘proof of postage’ or ‘tracked service’ confirmation as proof of receipt due to these services only showing the item has posted.
  • It is important to complete a returns form and include this with your return, which will speed up the refund process.
  • Items returned within 1-14 days of you receiving the delivery will receive a full refund including the original postage fee.  However, this excludes premium services (Next Day/Saturday).
  • If items are returned within 15-30 days you will receive a refund for the goods only.
  • If returns are opened and rejected due to poor condition, you will need to arrange and pay for collection of the items.

Over 30 days:

  • We do not accept any unwanted items after 90 days.
  • Any goods returned need to be in original/perfect condition for restock/resale.
  • If the return is accepted, we will provide an authorisation code.
  • As the return is over 30 days there will be a 20% restocking and handling charge applied.
  • The items will need to be boxed up securely, including any additional parts/instructions and sent back to us (at your cost). P&P Refunds:

  • If a premium service is selected (Next Day/Saturday) then the P&P is non-refundable as these are optional services and you have chosen to upgrade from standard delivery.
  • If the total for the goods returned takes order total below £95 inc VAT you will be charged £5.50 to cover the original P&P cost.
